We're now ready to start taking reservations for the summer event. We will be releasing exhibitor passes in TWO batches. The first half are availible to book now, using the link below.

The remainder will be availible from 5pm on Friday 26-April. Booking can ONLY be completed online using the link provided.

If you see an "OUT OF STOCK" message, then this means that the first set of tickets have all been taken. Don't worry though, we should have just about enough to go around, and we're only inviting those that had exhibited at the November 23 fair. We'll send a reminder email to everyone about the second set of exhibitor passes before they are released, so you'll have plenty of notice.
When you book, we will only be asking for a small contribution to the costs of running the event, advertising, printing etc.
The table reservations are HALF TABLES, so please be aware of this and adjust your display accordingly. You can choose your location on the booking grid as before. Because space is limited we must insist that exhibitors do not invite others to share their table or sub-let. Also, do not share this booking link. This has caused upset before, so we'd really like to avoid that. We may refuse bookings from exhibitors who are not on this mailing list as we had promised our November 23 exhibitors priority.
If there are any spaces remaining by 10-May then we will assume that they are not wanted and will offer to those who are next on the waiting list.
If you use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS as November 23 or log in as an existing customer at the checkout then you will be able to use your existing exhibitor profile, which we've kept safely for you. It will appear automatically in the exhibitor listing web page for the July event when your booking is complete. You should update it with your latest information as soon as you can - in fact, there's no reason why you can't do that right now!

Oh.. we're not taking bookings for the BIG December event yet. We get lots of questions about that so don't worry we'll write to you closer to the date with all the details.
Once we're all booked up, we're going to ramp up the advertising for the summer event and there will be the usual posters and social media graphics to download and share from the exhibitor centre.
