Everything is now set for the summer Oxford Indie Book Fair at Magdalen College School on Saturday 6th July.
If you've not already done so, there's a few things that you will want to do in order to be fully prepared.
Set up your profile
Go to the EXHIBITOR DIRECTORY on the website to see a list of who's exhibiting at the event. If you're in the "also exhibiting" section then fill in your profile and submit your profile image by email. Full instructions can be found under FOR EXHIBITORS.
Send in your profile picture
Some of you haven't sent your profile picture yet.

All the details of the event can be found on the EXHIBITOR CENTRE page. Be sure to read this as it has everything you need to know about the day.
Download and use our social media graphics
There's an A5 flyer and a selection of pre-made social media graphics to download on the EXHIBITOR CENTRE page. Use them on your social media to let everyone know you're exhibiting.
PROMOTE PROMOTE PROMOTE
It's only a month until the event, so it's time to start making a big noise! Send out posts on all your social media platforms letting people know about the event. Link to the website, link to our twitter and mention the Oxford Festival of the arts wherever possible.
There's only SIX of us but there's MANY of you exhibitors. Together we can reach thousands of people - people who will come and BUY YOUR BOOKS. Some are already putting the word out and we'll like and repost as many tweets as we can from you guys.
