We're writing because you had exhibited at the November 2023 Oxford Indie Book Fair and we said that we would be inviting all that had booked a space to our summer event.

We're back again at Magdalen College on Saturday 6th July 2024. The Oxford Festival of the Arts is devoting an entire event to us. There will be a bar, refreshments and activities in the school grounds.

We will be designing and printing four large banners to hang at and around the venue in advance of the event, the excellent student helpers will be back in force to give out leaflets and assist and we will also be producing a brochure to promote your books as well as the EVEN BIGGER Book fair in December… more on that later!

This is an EXCLUSIVE heads-up to you in advance of everybody else. Remember - you will be among the first to be able to reserve your space at this event. You're ON THE LIST, so there's no need to write to confirm to get your reservation link.

Once we've got the rest of the details finalised, we'll write to you again with a link to reserve your place at the event.

We'll send out all the details of the event, logistics, how to get there etc when we write to you next. Everything will be up on the website and continually updated as usual for your reference.

There's plenty of space for everyone, though we WILL be limiting to half tables so you'll need to adjust your display accordingly.

We'll release the pitches in TWO batches just like last time to give people a chance to react and you will be able to select  your place online again.

Your exhibitor profile has been stored on the website, so you can use that again for this event and we'd encourage you to update it when you reserve your table.

THE BIG EVENT

We're delighted to say that we have confirmed a booking for BOTH halls at the Oxford Examination Schools for an event DOUBLE the size of last year!

The Christmas Oxford Indie Book Fair will be on Sunday 1st December 2024.

Planning is in full-swing for this EPIC event. Because you're already on the 'exhibitors' mailing list, your interest is registered and so we'll write directly to you with more news as it happens.
