We're writing to a small selection of exhibitors to give them an opportunity to book their table in advance for the next Oxford Indie Book Fair on December 1st.

There are full details and a video showing you how to book.
Just select the table you want from the grid (wait a moment for the website to check that it's free), add to basket and pay using the card of your choice.
After that, please log in to update your exhibitor profile which will be shown on the website. Full instructions and login link are given under the FOR EXHIBITORS section of the website.
I'd like you to especially pay attention to the information on the EXHIBITOR CENTRE page, which explains everything you need to know for the day. It's updated as things come together so do please revisit it before the big day itself.

If you are part of a group that needs to be located together, then please coordinate to figure out which block of tables you need to book before commencing. Tables must be bought individually. If you'd like to have your listing under one name on the directory, then nominate an account for the listing and fill that in. The superfluous ones can be hidden.

We will be releasing another set of exhibitor passes in a few days to the remainder of the previous exhibitors and newsletter subscribers, so please be aware that passes sell out VERY quickly, especially if the location of your table is important.

As the booking grid is now rather large, booking is NOT advisable to do on a mobile phone with a small screen!
