The Next Batch of Passes are ready!

The book fair team has chosen you to be involved in the next sale of exhibitor passes for the Oxford Indie Book Fair.
The previous sale last week was a massive success and the first half of the tables sold out in record time. We always sell out incredibly quickly, and in this case the first booking came in only three minutes after we'd contacted people to say that sales were open.

Selling the tickets in stages helps people who are not so hot off the mark, though we DO make sure that we let subscribers and previous exhibitors know weeks in advance when we're opening ticket sales. So it's really important that you keep up to date with our mailshots if you are or are planning to be an exhibitor.

Even though we've doubled the space this year, we know that we won't be able to include EVERYONE who wants to exhibit and we're so sorry that there will inevitably be some that are going to be disappointed. That's why we're aiming to double the capacity AGAIN next year.
But if you DO miss out, all is not lost. We will get in touch directly to offer any last minute cancellations if they come up.

Do please take a moment to read the instructions at the bottom of the booking page, though ultimately, booking is very easy. Have a debit or credit card ready to make your payment. Please note that when you add your table to your shopping basket, that this is only reserved for a short time for you fill in your information and pay. If you fail to complete the purchase then the table will open up for someone else.

It's also important that after you have bought your exhibitor pass you fill in your profile information. This is really valuable advertising for you and your books / business so the sooner you do this the more exposure you get. There's loads of information under For Exhibitors to guide you.
