We have a few spaces left at our new summer event on Saturday 6th July. The first batch of exhibitor passes were promised to those who attended the November '23 event (Hi to all those already signed up!) and now we're opening up sales to everyone else who has registered on our exhibitors mailing list. If you see an "OUT OF STOCK" message, then this means that the exhibitor passes have all been taken. Don't worry though, we're going to be back in December for the BIGGEST EVER Oxford Indie Book Fair.
When you book for the summer fair, we will only be asking for a small contribution to the cost of running the event, advertising, printing etc. The table reservations are HALF TABLES, so please be aware of this and adjust your display accordingly. You can choose your location on the booking grid as before. Because space is limited we must insist that exhibitors do not invite others to share their table or sub-let. Also, do not share this booking link. This has caused upset before, so we'd really like to avoid that.

If you've exhibited before, use the SAME EMAIL ADDRESS as November '23 or log in as an existing customer at the checkout then you will be able to use your existing exhibitor profile, which we've kept safely for you. It will appear automatically in the exhibitor directory web page for the July event when your booking is complete. You should update it with your latest information as soon as you can. If you're new here then you'll find plenty of instructions on how to create your exhibitor profile HERE after booking.
For detailed information about the event, the venue, exhibiting and Ts&Cs, please check the EXHIBITOR CENTRE page. We will be updating that regularly, so please do refer to that for the latest information and instructions.
Oh.. we're not taking bookings for the BIG December event yet. We get lots of questions about that so don't worry we'll write to you closer to the date with all the details -- suffice to say that it will be TWICE the size of last year!
Once we're all booked up for July, we're going to ramp up the advertising for the summer event and there will be the usual posters and social media graphics to download and share from the exhibitor centre.
